Citrus (orange) juicer repair in Antalya
Fault diagnosis, repair and scheduled maintenance for automatic citrus juicers used in hotels, restaurants and catering businesses. We fix faults in the motor, the squeezing mechanism and the safety system.

Common faults and symptoms
Automatic juicers feed, cut and squeeze the fruit and eject the peel in a single cycle. With so many moving parts, faults mostly appear in the mechanism, the seals and the safety system. Because juice is acidic and sugary, daily cleaning has a direct effect on the machine’s lifespan.

Before you call us
These checks are safe to do and make it easier to describe the fault.
- Make sure the cover and guard parts are fully in place; most machines will not run if they are not.
- Switch the machine off and unplug it, then clear out any jammed fruit and peel.
- Check that the fruit size is within the range the machine recommends.
- If there is a warning light or error code, take a photo of it.
Do not work on the electrical panel, the gas line or the refrigerant circuit yourself; switch the unit off and call us.
Maintenance tips
These are general recommendations; the instructions and values in your unit’s manual always take priority.
Every day
- At the end of the day, remove the detachable parts, wash them in warm water and dry them.
- Empty and clean the pulp and peel containers.
- Clean the strainer and the juice outlet; sugar residue makes parts stick.
Every week
- Check the seals for cracks and hardening.
- With the machine unplugged, clean out juice and pulp residue that has built up inside the housing.
- Wash parts in a dishwasher only if the manufacturer allows it; do not use abrasive products.
At scheduled maintenance (technical service)
- Wear check of squeezing cups, blade and seals, with replacement if needed
- Gear and bearing check
- Testing of the motor and the safety system
Frequently asked questions
Why will my juicer not start?
Most automatic juicers will not run, for safety reasons, if the cover or a guard part is not fully in place. First check that the parts are fitted correctly. If the motor has overheated and the protection has tripped, let it cool for a while. If the problem continues, the safety switch, the motor or the control board needs to be measured.
Why does the juice taste bitter?
When oil from the peel gets into the juice, it tastes bitter. This is usually caused by squeezing cups that do not suit the fruit size, worn parts or an incorrect setting. Using fruit of the right size and replacing worn parts in time protects the taste.
How often should a juicer be serviced?
Cleaning should be done every day. How often mechanical maintenance is needed depends on how much fruit is squeezed per day. Having a machine that works hard in the summer season checked before the season starts reduces the risk of a breakdown mid-season.
