Which brands are you an authorized service for?
We are an authorized service for Crystal and Expert. We also maintain and repair Electrolux, Fagor, Brema, Scotsman, Empero, Öztiryakiler, Salva and Zumex equipment, but we are not an authorized service for those brands.
What equipment do you service?
Combi ovens, commercial dishwashers, commercial refrigerators and under-counter units, ranges, fryers, grills and bain-maries, ice machines and citrus juicers.
Do you sell commercial kitchen equipment?
No, we do not sell equipment. Denka Endüstriyel is a technical service company: we diagnose, repair, maintain and install commercial kitchen equipment and supply genuine spare parts.
Which areas do you cover?
From our base in Kepez we serve Kemer, Konyaaltı, Kepez, Muratpaşa, Lara, Aksu, Belek, Side, Manavgat and Alanya in Antalya, and the neighbouring provinces of Burdur and Isparta. Not on the list? Call us and we will plan the visit together.

My unit under warranty has broken down. What should I do?
Send us the brand, model and serial number, and we will check the warranty status together. For Crystal and Expert units, work follows the manufacturer’s warranty procedures.
