Data we process

The name, business name, phone number, email address, province/district, equipment details and request description you send us via the service request form, phone, WhatsApp or email.

Purposes

Receiving, assessing and scheduling your service request; contacting you; keeping records of the service provided; meeting legal obligations.

Collection method and legal basis

Your data is collected electronically through the website form and our other contact channels, and processed on the legal bases in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: (c) it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation, and (f) legitimate interest.

Disclosure

Your data is shared only as far as needed to provide the service, with our website and email service providers, and with competent authorities upon request. It is not passed to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is disclosed to; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the conditions are met, its deletion or destruction; to request that third parties be notified of these actions; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
